MAIN PRINCIPLES

The Belarusian Republic Foundation «Mutual understanding and reconciliation» has been founded by the Government of Belarus. It should solve the following tasks: payments of financial assistance to the people suffered from National Socialist persecutions during the Second World War, giving social assistance to these people as an addition to governmental activities in the field of social protection and carrying other activities for the benefit of these people.

The foundation promotes the strengthening of mutual understanding between different nations.

The foundation is located in Minsk.                                            

The foundation has the status of juridical person. It has its own isolated property, independent balance, current (pay) accounts (including currency accounts).

The foundation acts according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the Charter of the foundation and international agreements of the Republic of Belarus. It also carries out its activities as in Belarus as abroad.
