Valentin Ya. Gerasimov was born on July, 17 in 1943.

the Vilnius State University named after V. Kapsukas. Profession is jurisprudence, qualification is lawyer.

the Military-political Academy named after V.I.Lenin. Profession is military pedagogics, social sciences.
