THE MEANS OF THE FOUNDATION

The basis of the foundation’s own resources is made by the rest of the German Government’s financial contribution provided in 1993.

The foundation’s resources are also formed with the help of:

·   The financial assets given by Germany, Austria, and other states within the framework of social projects and programs;

·   The donations of legal and physical persons, including foreign ones;

·   Banking interest rates;

·   Other financial receipts, including own foundation’s resources.

The foundation is the unique manager of its own resources and spends them according to the purposes determined by the Charter.

The resources are spent, as a rule, within the framework of the long-term social projects and programs for the benefit of victims.

The foundation has the right of the ownership of its property.
