GUARANTEES AND COMPETENCES OF THE FOUNDATION

The fOUndATION guarantees:

 ·   The use of the received charitable financial means and goods, according to the special-purpose designation and the sponsors’ wishes. The fulfillment of the obligations connected to it if they do not contradict to the foundation’s legislation and authorized activity.

 ·   The possibility of the participation of sponsors’ representatives in the realization of different programs and projects.

 ·   Giving the opportunity to sponsors to control all the stages of the realization of all programs and projects, including auditor checks and the acquaintance with financial documents.

 ·   Giving reports on how the realization of programs and projects go.

The fOundATION has the right:

 ·   To carry out its activities in Belarus and abroad.

 ·   To create a databank containing the information about the people suffered from national-socialists persecutions. To use the databank as for the foundation’s purposes so as for the victims’ benefit.

 ·   To receive any useful information from different state bodies, state and other organizations.

 ·   To publish informative bulletins containing the information on the charitable actions of sponsors (all the information should be agreed with them).
