The purpose of the project
The supplying the victims of National Socialism with medicines and other medical means.
The target group
Former prisoners of Nazi concentration camps, ghettos, prisons, the camps on the front line of German defense created by Hitlerites, children's camps on the blood sampling and the realization of medical operations and also other victims of Nazism registered in the databank of the foundation.

The summary of the project
The survived victims of National Socialism suffer from mental and physical injuries that they received during the Second World war till today. They require assistance, first of all, medical one.
The contacts established with the Evangelic church Giessen and Nassau and the firm MERCK KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany) have enabled to realize the project with the help of which the victim’s of Nazism could receive medicines free-of-charge during the long period through the charitable drugstores organized for this purpose in the cities of Minsk, Vitebsk and Brest.
Unfortunately the realized project had serious disadvantages because of the absence of necessary financial means:
- The supplies of drugstores with medicines were insufficient. This concerns medicines of the following groups: cardiovascular, medicines for frustration of the bilious bubble and the intestinal path, antihypertensive means, eye drops, diuretic means, anti-inflammatory means, vitamins, pampers, bandages, measuring instruments of blood pressure, etc.;
- Drugstores didn’t work for a full working day;
- The number of drugstores’ visitors was limited according to the age and administrative-territorial criteria;
- The recipients of medical means were, as a rule, city dwellers: delivery of medicines to addressees was not provided.
The present project excludes the mentioned disadvantages.
For its realization the foundation has all necessary opportunities:
The seven-year experience of chemist's activity and the wide experience of practical work on other directions (during 12 years): for this time was created the good infrastructure through all the country, the business relations were established with many medical institutions at a republican and regional level;
The skilled professional employees work at the foundation. The offices are well equipped and have all the necessary for work;
the accounting staff of the foundation is high professional;
the foundation has wide work experience with the Belarusian producers of medicines, with foreign partners, and also fruitfully cooperates with customs services, the institutes of Ministry of Health and other legal persons.
The realization of the project is planned at the expense of the rest of means of the disposable purpose financial contribution of the Government of Germany 1993 that was deposited into the account of the foundation through the drugstores in

To fulfill the stated tasks, The drugstore is provided with the equipment and inventory, medical products, medical equipment and medical medicines received by the foundation under humanitarian projects, reference- and information literature, necessary normative documents and means of fire-prevention safety.
