The maintenance of the qualitative medical examination and the treatment in stationary conditions of victims of Nazism who belong to the target group on the humanitarian basis.

The summary of the project
The survived victims of National Socialism suffer till the present time from the mental and physical injuries they received during the Second World War. They require assistance, first of all, the medical one.
This assistance to them is free-of-charge. However, the majority of the people of the target group of the project live in the country and small settlements. The free-of-charge highly qualified medical examination with the use of modern diagnostic complexes, as a rule, is not provided what is connected with the high cost of the specified equipment and considerable current expenses on its operation. Only the specialized medical institutions like the republican and regional hospitals of war veterans of the Great Domestic war can allow it.
The foundation has already made very much in the field of the medical supplying the victims of Nazism. The given long-term project realized by the Foundation together with the Republican clinical Masherov hospital of war veterans of Great Domestic War will become the next step in the mentioned direction, allowing to provide the victims of Nazism with those medical services (in particular, in the field of diagnostics) which were hardly available to them till now.
The project provides the allocation of the funds by the foundation to the Republican unitary enterprise "Belmedtehnika" for the purchase and transfer of the modern diagnostic complex – 16th scan computer tomography under the contract in the property to the Republican clinical Masherov hospital of war veterans of Great Domestic War on the charitable basis and also with its use and the use of other modern equipment available in hospital of the diagnostic examination of the target group’s citizens directed by the foundation, and the treatment of the basic diseases revealed by them in stationary conditions (in hospital), and also giving the recommendations for the further treatment in medical institutions in the place of residence
The choice of a partner (hospital) for the realization of the project is carried out taking into account the following factors:
The presence of the good own material-technical base;
The readiness of the hospital to bear independently costs connected to customs registration, operation, repair of the purchased equipment, payment of the personnel, and also the costs connected to the real-estate tax and other current costs;
The presence of the competent experts specializing in the treatment of the elderly citizens- victims of Nazism;
The reliability as a partner in the realization of the project;
The requirements of the German party on the use by the foundation allocated of the financial funds for the realization of the project only for strictly target aims;
The recommendations the choice of partners on the part of public associations of victims of Nazism;
The geographical location of the medical institution (hospital) and the presence of the good transport communications;
The supplies of the hospitals with medical products.
The realization of the project is planned at the expense of the rest of the funds of the target financial contribution of the Government of Germany 1993 that is the property of the foundation as well as at the expense of the own funds of the hospitals such as equipment, medicines, funds for the maintenance of people in hospital who belong to the target group.
The project is open for other legal persons who are interested in participating in it and also for any legal and physical persons‛ donations for the project development if the mentioned donations are provided within the terms acceptable for the organizers and participants of the project.
