The summary of the project
The survived victims of National Socialism suffer till the present time from the mental and physical injuries they received during the Second World War. They require assistance, first of all, the medical one.
The foundation has already made very much in the field of the medical supplying the victims of Nazism. The given long-term project realized by the Foundation together with the boarding school–participant of the project will become the next step in the mentioned direction. The central place in the project is occupied a personal care which includes the individual service of the mentioned persons and the medical assistance (for example, medicines, small devices etc.). The experience shows, that the combination of the medical assistance and the individual service answers the needs of victims of Nazism in the best way.
- the purchase of the medical and other equipment, medicines and other remedies by the foundation for the boarding school which is determined and named by the tender commission of the Ministry of Labour and Social defense of the Republic of Belarus and the agreement about the cooperation between the foundation and the boarding school;
- the realization of the individual social-medical service with the help of the delivered equipment and the medicines to people, who belong to the target group.
The choice of a partner (boarding school) for the realization of the project is carried out taking into account the following factors:
The presence of the good own material-technical base;
The presence of the competent experts (social employees and medical staff);
The requirements of the German party on the use by the foundation allocated of the financial funds for the realization of the project only for strictly target aims;
The geographical location and the presence of the good transport communications.
The realization of the project begins after the signing the bilateral agreement between the foundation and the boarding school the within the framework of the present project, and it is planned at the expense of the rest of the funds of the target financial contribution of the Government of Germany 1993 that is the property of the foundation as well as at the expense of the own funds of the boarding school such as equipment, medicines, funds for the maintenance of people in the boarding school.
The project is open for other legal persons who are interested in participating in it and also for any legal and physical persons‛ donations for the project development if the mentioned donations are provided within the terms acceptable for the organizers and participants of the project.
